Frozen at sea (blast frozen and glazed), J cut whole fish (gutted, head &amp; collar removed). At time of collection or delivery of your order, your fish will be weighed and the final weight will be adjusted prior to your credit card being charged.

Delivery may not be available weekly during the shoulder season (October to March).
