Selva Shrimp is a sustainable, "forest-to-plate" aquaculture initiative that raises Black Tiger prawns in Vietnamese and Indonesian mangrove forests.

Using a "silvofishery" model, this method restores mangroves, bans chemicals, and uses no external feed, producing high-quality shrimp while enabling local farmers to protect the environment and earn a fair living.
